I'll have the big salad!

Sometimes, you just really want a BIG salad!  I get those cravings.  This is mixed baby greens that I tossed with homemade "healthy" ranch dressing, grape tomatoes, peas, carrots, avocado, cheddar, turkey breast (it's under the pile of cheese and egg) and a hard boiled egg.

Homemade "healthy" ranch dressing:
greek yogurt
milk
dried dill
dried chive
onion powder
garlic powder
salt
pepper
I'm not a measurer ingredients person, it's all about taste.  Start with about a 1/4 teaspoon each of dill, chive, onion, garlic.  Mix into 1/4 cup yogurt, thin with milk until desired consistency, salt and pepper to taste.
